Customer Service Clerk.

The primary purpose of this position: To provide 100% Total Customer service in a fast and friendly way.

Essential functions include but are not limited to:

Answer customer inquiries, respond to customer requests, and resolve customer issues.
Complete accurate and efficient register transactions.
Perform inventory duties such as unloading, scanning, and stocking product on the shelves.
Maintain a clean and neat appearance in the store.

Qualifications and skills include but are not limited to:

Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to multitask.
General Knowledge of Fabrics and Crafts is a plus.
Ability to stand for periods of time, bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.
Knowledge of hardware a plus.
