MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide 100% Total Customer service in a fast and friendly way.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide 100% Total Customer service in a fast and friendly way.
Essential functions include but are not limited to:
- Answer customer inquiries, respond to customer requests, and resolve customer issues.
- Complete accurate and efficient register transactions.
- Perform inventory duties such as unloading, scanning, and stocking product on the shelves.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance in the store.
Qualifications and skills include but are not limited to:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask.
- General Knowledge of Fabrics and Crafts is a plus.
- Ability to stand for periods of time, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of hardware is a plus.
